Create in Me a Clean Heart Psalm 51 1. Appeal to God’s love and mercy for cleansing (vv. 1-2). 2. Our sin is an offense is against God (vv. 3-6) 3. We are not self-made people, but are remade by God (vv. 7-12). 4. Those who have the joy of salvation declare to others God’s praise (13-15). 5. God is not impressed with external forms, but with a humble heart expressed in a holy life (16-19)!
