In-House Retreat

April 23-24, 2021

7-9 pm Friday (doors open at 6:30 pm for check-in); 8 am – 3:30 pm Saturday

As daughters of the King, we are to be expectant, joyfully anticipate meeting Jesus, willing and desiring to be filled with Jesus through the Holy Spirit, and being transformed — LIVE FOR HIM.

Jesus meets us . . . to entirely fill us . . . for His purpose.

Beauty Instead of Ashes

2,000 years ago, Jesus walked this earth and touched people and they were changed.

According to the prophecies of Isaiah 61 those who touched Jesus exchanged beauty for ashes.

Jesus is still touching people with His remarkable touch, yet many do not experience it. We know about Jesus, but have we experienced Him and His
remarkable touch?

Want to?

It is an audacious claim that we can still experience Jesus’ touch and be so changed, but that is what God promised when He sent the Redeemer.

Come on retreat where we will ponder the old, old stories but in a new, new way. Jesus wants to touch your life and He will do it through the Bible stories. Sue Groh will bring these stories to life so that, Lord willing, you too will experience beauty instead of ashes.
