Hiring: Children’s Ministry Director

Faith Baptist Church is searching for a part-time Elementary Director who will represent Christ to our church family and community using their spiritual gifts and skills to develop discipleship ministry with our children and families.

We will work with the new director to set priorities and grow toward the fullness of the vision. We have a strong group volunteers who have already taken responsibility in many areas of the children’s ministry. We’re looking for a director to help provide guidance and cast a vision for the children’s ministry.

Salary will be commensurate with experience within Faith’s available range. This position is for 29 hours per week and is a collaborative role alongside our part-time Early Childhood Director. Each director has primary areas of responsibility and will work together to cover the broader duties of children’s ministry at Faith.
